Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Industry Marketing Group, LLC dba Branding Optics ("Branding Optics," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit brandingoptics.com, create or use a Branding Optics account, purchase services or credits, communicate with us, or otherwise use our websites, software, professional services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").
Branding Optics provides a business-to-business communications platform. When a customer uploads contact information or sends and receives messages through the Services, the customer generally determines why and how that information is used. In that context, the customer is responsible for its contacts and campaigns, and Branding Optics processes the information to provide the Services. If you received a message from one of our customers, you should direct questions about that customer's collection and use of your information to the sender identified in the message.
1 Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We may collect names, business names, mailing and billing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth when requested for an applicable feature or verification purpose, account credentials, profile information, customer-support communications, service preferences, transaction details, and other information you choose to provide.
Customer content. Customers may upload or create contact lists, telephone numbers, consent records, message content, message history, templates, campaign information, opt-out records, attachments, and other content. Customers must have all rights and legally required permissions to provide and use this content.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We may receive transaction identifiers, billing status, payment method type, the last four digits of a payment card, and related billing information. We generally do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
Information collected automatically. We and our providers may collect IP addresses, device identifiers, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, clicks, session information, login and authentication events, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie and similar technology data, and account or feature activity.
Information from third parties. We may receive information from identity and authentication providers, communications carriers and vendors, payment processors, analytics providers, customers, referral sources, and publicly available sources.

Comply with law, legal process, carrier requirements, industry standards, and enforceable governmental requests; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, understand use of the Services, measure performance, and support advertising or analytics. You can control certain cookies through browser or device settings. Blocking cookies may cause some features to function incorrectly. Where required, we will provide additional cookie choices.
Our Services currently may use Google services for analytics or other functionality. Google may collect information according to its own privacy terms. We may update our providers as the Services evolve.
4 How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We use providers that support payment processing, communications delivery, email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics, identity and access management, security, support, and professional services. Current providers may include Stripe, Twilio, Google, Amazon Web Services including AWS SES, and Microsoft including Microsoft Entra ID.
At your direction. We disclose information when a customer directs us to do so, enables an integration, sends a message, or otherwise requests a feature that requires disclosure.
Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, or property; prevent fraud or abuse; enforce our agreements; or respond to emergencies.
Business transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Professional advisers. We may disclose information to attorneys, auditors, insurers, accountants, and other advisers who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, text-message consent records, or mobile telephone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose such information to service providers that help us deliver messaging services, but only for the services they perform for us or our customers.
5 SMS and Communications Data
Messages transmitted through Branding Optics may be processed by telecommunications carriers and providers such as Twilio. Delivery records, sender and recipient numbers, timestamps, message content, media, opt-out requests, and carrier responses may be stored as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and document the Services. Carriers and communications providers may independently process this information under their own terms and legal obligations.
If you receive an unwanted message from a Branding Optics customer, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, such as replying STOP, and contact the sender. You may also report suspected abuse to us at legal@brandingoptics.com. Opting out of one sender does not necessarily opt you out of messages from unrelated senders.
6 Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and carrier obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary by data type, account configuration, contractual requirements, and legal obligations. Information may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, financial records, or records we must retain by law.
7 Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their credentials, configuring access appropriately, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity.
8 Your Privacy Choices and Requests
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. You may also request information about our privacy practices or opt out of certain marketing communications. Submit requests to legal@brandingoptics.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or the rights of others.
If Branding Optics holds your information only on behalf of a customer, we may direct you to that customer or assist the customer in responding. Account deletion may result in permanent loss of customer content. Deletion from active systems may take time, and residual copies may remain in backups until overwritten under our normal retention practices.
Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to make a sale of covered information as defined by Nevada law. We do not currently sell covered information as that term is defined under Nevada law. Requests may be submitted to legal@brandingoptics.com.
You may disable nonessential cookies using available consent controls or browser settings. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the email. Service, security, transactional, and billing messages may continue while you maintain an account.
9 Children
The Services are intended only for persons age 18 or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact legal@brandingoptics.com.
10 United States Service
The Services are offered for use in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States. The Services are not offered to customers located outside the United States.
11 Third Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Branding Optics is not responsible for their independent practices.
12 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
